独特的设计Professional design
双偏心软密封蝶阀是一种新型蝶阀，在蝶板全开时橡胶密封环完全脱离金属阀座，因而增加使用寿命。
对于DN l200及以下口径，阀体密封面采用独特的滚压技术，将不锈钢座圈压入阀体内/或堆焊口，而对于大口径(DN≥1 400)，则采用超音速喷涂阀体密封面，其结合强度可达50MPa。
橡胶密封圈与蝶板通过压圈作可调节紧固，使密封压缩量控制在最佳状态。
阀体、蝶板材料采用球墨铸铁，保证了阀门足够强度密封环采用橡胶及阀座圆锥密封面都使密封更可靠。
